Italcoat provides coated aluminium for the production of several types of beverage caps and closures for water or soft drinks, wine, liquor, spirits, oil and other products.
Our coil-coating system gives aluminium particular properties such as surface cleanliness, resistance to sterilisation and/or corrosion, enhanced appearance.
Italcoat has developed a single coating system for low capsules and a double coating system for high capsules, with the inner side coating ensuring the liner adhesion.
All lacquers are available in the opaque, semi-opaque, bright, semi-transparent and transparent version.
Upon request, coating could be BPA N.I.A. (“Bisphenol A – Not Intentionally Added”) and/or PVC Free.
