Lacquered aluminium with hygroscopic lacquer
Aluminium is chemically degreased and lacquered both sides with innovative hygroscopic formulation and anticorrosion primer. This formulation is applied through coil coating. Hygrosieve® offers: good adhesion on aluminium surface without risk of pulverization, higher and quicker adsorption of water moisture, Molecular Sieve effect with rejection of pollutants, anticorrosive performance and 15% energy saving.

Hygrosieve® is a new type of lacquered aluminum realised for energy recovery rotors. The lacquer ensures in this way higher efficiency of the rotor with a reduction of the flow rates of refrigerant fluid and a 15% less electrical energy consumption.

Aluminium treatments: advantages
With the innovative Hygrosieve® coating, the environmental moisture penetrates more quickly through the meshes of the molecular sieve. In this way the equivalent heat exchange surface remains constant over time. With the Hygrosieve® coating, aluminum does not allow water to become an obstacle to the air circulation. The adhesion of coating without risk of pulverisation together with anticorrosive layer extend the lifetime of the energy recovery rotor. At the same time, the Molecular sieve effect prevents other residues or pollutants from adhering to the surface, improving air circulation and cleanliness.
