What is meant by aluminium coating? The application of a thick protective layer which aims to prevent rust and increase wear resistance. Lacquered aluminium is used in many sectors; among these there is also the cooking equipment market such as ovens and stoves as well as food products such as trays and pans. The coating, in fact, can also increase the heat resistance of aluminium making it suitable for use in traditional ovens and microwaves, or can allow contact with highly acidic and salty foods.
